Return Policy

Unaltered, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for store credit. All merchandise must have original tags and labels attached, and must be in the original polybags. If your returned merchandise does not meet these criteria, we will not be able to process your return.

Prior written authorization is required for all returned merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify sales@waxjean.com within 5 business days of your receipt date. Approved returns will be issued a Return Authorization Number.

Please check all details on your invoice immediately upon receipt of your order.

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur during transit.

- All returns will be applied as store credit only to be used for future orders.
- Refunds will be available for first-time customers only.
- Credit memos will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the return item(s).
- Unless the order was sent in error, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer.
- All promotion and sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

We recommend purchasing additional insurance and using a shipping service with tracking capabilities when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages during transit.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. To request a return authorization number, please contact sales@waxjean.com. Please provide the order number, your name, address, style number, quantity of items, and the reason for the return. Failure to include the above information may lead to the delay or inability to process your return.

Refund Policy
If an item was shipped incorrectly (e.g., wrong style or color), waxjean.com will gladly issue a replacement item or store credit for the total cost of the item(s) after receipt of returned item(s).

All shipping errors will be validated against the original invoice and may take up to 7 business days to process. Consequently, ambianceapparel.com will not be liable for any order errors made on the part of the customer.

Order Cancellation
Once you place the order and need to make any changes, please notify us by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order is ready to ship or has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made to your order.
